 DELIVERY & PICK-UP

Savannah Event Decor is delivery only and does not currently

have a will-call option, all rental items must be delivered.  The following is a list of delivery terms and conditions.

Delivery is provided at nominal fee and includes:

 

  • Delivery to your venue

  • Assembly of all props and/or arrangements

  • Pick-up from your venue

 

 HOURS OF DELIVERY & PICK-UP

 

Delivery & pick-up service is available between the hours of

9am and 5 pm Monday through Saturday unless otherwise

agreed upon.  *Sunday deliveries are an additional charge.

 

TERMS OF DELIVERY & PICK-UP

 

  • Delivery charges cover delivery, pick-up & assembly only.

  • Savannah Event Decor is not responsible for table set-up of arrangements, unless previously agreed upon. (charges may apply)   

  • Bridges, Arbors and Decor Props over 20lb will placed according to client specifications.

  • Rental is for 24 hrs unless otherwise agreed upon. 

  • All rentals will be delivered to and picked-up at a pre-designated drop off & pick-up point. 

  • Client or client's representative must be present at time of delivery, to check in all rental items.    *Lateness on the part of client may result in additional charges.

  • Client or client's representative may be present for pick-up of items.  If no client representative is present, all Savannah Event Decor counts will be considered correct.

  • Once delivery is made and items signed off on, any breakage that occurs is the responsibility of the client.   Additional delivery charges will be assessed for any replacements.

  • Client is responsible for the reasonable upkeep of rental items and must secure items in inclement weather or strong winds.  Client is responsible for any damage due to weather or misuse.

  • Venue must be ready at time of delivery any added delivery time will be charged as a service fee.

  • All changes or reductions must be made at least 7 days prior to event.

  • We do not supply matches or lighters.  Arrangements to purchase candles must be made ahead of time

IMPORTANT:

If no one is present to accept and sign for rental items, all items will be returned to Savannah Event Decor and client will be charged for the full amount of contract.  All rentals must be paid in full prior to delivery date.  Rentals not paid in full, will not be delivered.
